Danger in draining Rice crops early (1963)

Draining rice crops too early results in reduced yields to the farmer and poor quality products for the miller.  This point was made by Agronomists E.B. Boerema and D.J. McDonald, of Yanco Agricultural Research Station, in a research report on time of draining.
