Cell Biology of Chilling Damage in Rice Anthers (2004)

Li, Z Cantril, L Mamum, M Overall, R Sutton, B

Chilling temperatures cause a great reduction of yield in rice during anther development in Australia. To address this problem, an Australian sensitive variety, Doongara, and two Chinese tolerant varieties, R31 and R32, were used to determine their cellular response to chilling.
